How To Reach Rajasthan

Rajasthan - the Desert Jewel of India. This is a royal land bejeweled with invincible forts, magnificent palaces, rich culture and heritage, beauty and natural resources. This abode of kings spread across the great Thar Desert is India's ambassador to the world of travel and tourism.

By Air :

Rajasthan is well connected by air with almost all the major cities of India. A number of airlines both, government as well as private have regular flights connecting the state with rest of the country. The four airports of the state are, Sanganer in Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Kota.

By Train/Rail :

Rajasthan is well connected by a good network of railway lines to almost all the places of interest in the country. The best option is obviously, the Palace on Wheels, one of the most luxurious trains in the world. The Palace on Wheels connects Delhi with Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Alwar, Sirohi, Kishangarh, Bundi, Dungarpur, Jhalwar, and Dholpur, apart from Agra.

By Road :

The best way to visit Rajasthan is by road. A good number of Government and private buses ply to the state connecting it with nearby places of interest. Moreover, taxis and other vehicles are also available on hire from many places to the state.
